potato harvested by Mad_Martha

These were red Desiree potatoes, and about a third of my total planting of potatoes this year. I was partly pushed into harvesting them last weekend by the "helpful" assistance of a young badger who keeps digging around in the plot and tossing the spuds out of his way!
