    Description
(blank) -> A rare New Zealand heritage brassica with a spiral conical whorl head, delicate and tender, eaten as broccoli. The heads are often hard to pick. Revived by combining seed lines from two home gardeners, one in Fielding. Sow in trays in early spring and early autumn, prick out at 3 cm and transplant at 6 cm high at 30 cm diagonal spacing. Feed well.
