Kale is another family favorite–when we can't grow it, we buy a couple of bunches of it every week and put it in everything.

Last year's harvest wasn't overwhelmingly awesome, but I was able to add it to a meal a couple of times a week from half a dozen tiny plants. This year, we're planting ALL THE KALE in ALL THE PLACES. Because it's important to us :)
